I wanted to reach out to you and share an update on the actions we are taking to help protect against the spread of COVID-19. We continue to follow the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other local and national health organizations.

First and foremost, we have established health and safety protocols to maintain and assure the good health of our valued Sole Supports family.

Meanwhile, Sole Supports is committed to doing everything possible to support the needs of our providers, and we plan to continue normal operations and remain open. We will post updates via email and social media if things change.

You will be able to communicate with Customer Service, C-Peds and Accounting as usual via telephone and email. We are here to assist you and it is a priority to be available for you.

Shipping services will continue as long as UPS is receiving and delivering to your locations. Remember that you can expedite your orders to us by taking advantage of the MASS3D App. contact your Customer Service Representative for more information.

Though we ordinarily ship directly back to clinics we can also ship orthotics directly to the patient via USPS when necessary.

We began to monitor this crisis in late January and prepared early for material shortages. We are well supplied at this time and do not anticipate any shortages or delays in regard to material and supply line disruptions.

Also, we will be offering a series of Webinars related to MASS Posture Theory, Relax Release Relief (RRR) and Sole Supports Custom Orthotics. A list will be available very soon.

Finally, we wish to thank you for your continued loyalty and the opportunity you have given us to be your orthotics provider. It is a privilege to service your practice and be a part of your good work. Thank you for letting us help you "Make People Better!"
